The Baked Pork Chops They are one of those recipes that are prepared without much effort, but that look divinely on the table, especially served in a dish with the accompaniment.
It is a different way to prepare pork chops, which are usually made simply in the pan, flanked by some fries. In this way we get a healthier and, above all, tastier elaboration.

4 pork chops, 100 gr. Bacon strips, 1 large onion, 3 medium potatoes, 1 lemon, 1 stream of red wine, 2 cloves of garlic, rosemary and oregano
How to make baked pork chops
As I have already advanced, it is about a very easy recipe to prepare. Basically you have to take the ingredients and put them in the oven, although you have to do it with a little order and concert, so that everything is cooked in due time.
The first thing is to peel the legs and cut them into more or less large dice, we also cut the onion into julienne, the bacon strips and the garlic into slices. We add all these ingredients in a baking sheet lightly smeared with oil and sprinkle them with lemon juice, the zest of your skin, a stream of red wine, salt and a pinch of oregano.
We introduce the tray in the preheated oven at 200º for 20 or 25 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes and how we like them made. Meanwhile, lightly brown the pork chops in a pan. After those 20 or 25 minutes, we take the tray out of the oven, add the chops on the top and reinsert it another 20 minutes. Spraying a little more red wine if we see that it has been completely absorbed.
